Support Packages
It’s important to us that we provide the support you need, when you need it.
You may employ only a handful of staff and be looking for no more than employment contracts, policies and occasional advice. If so then our Ad hoc service would be best for you.
You may have a larger workforce - insufficient numbers to need in-house HR support, but large enough to merit regular advice and guidance. Our Retained HR service would give you the peace of mind of knowing that help is readily available.
You may have in-house HR support already, but have a specific project that requires extra support or resource. In this instance our Project Support service would be most appropriate.
Ad Hoc Support
Are you looking for occasional HR advice and guidance, but don’t want to be tied into a monthly contract?
All you have to do is contact us by telephone or email and let us know what help you are looking for.
Services are charged at an agreed hourly rate.
Retained HR
Our retained HR package is there to support your HR issues as they arise, giving you back time to focus on other areas of your business.
The service is based on an agreed number of hours of support each month, available for you to use as you wish. One month you may want to focus on resolving live HR issues, on other occasions you may want to use the time to review policies, provide people management training to line managers, or support recruitment activities.
Services are charged at an agreed monthly rate, with the option to cancel the arrangement at any time on 1 month’s notice.
HR Project Support
Our HR Project Support service provides you with dedicated HR support for the duration of your project.
Clients have used Project Support in the following circumstances:
A collective consultation process regarding potential redundancies,
A complex TUPE transfer,
An HR audit for a large construction business
Project Support is provided on a fixed-fee basis, giving you visibility of the costs in advance of any work starting.
